was founded in 1990 by Simon and Barbara with a portfolio of just one single house, Vaggio Savernano. From then our 'family' has grown to include a team of 11 staff based in London and 180 owners of the exquisite properties you see on this website. Each one of us is devoted to providing you with your very own ideal setting in the most beautiful country in the world, Italy.
The approach we take is distinctly focused: our portfolio only includes properties exclusive to Tuscany Now, which not only meet our degree of quality but offer the features we consider essential and that include competent and friendly staff. We inspect every single property to ensure our high standards are maintained and, in partnership with two specialist travel agencies, offer seamless service and hospitality.
Our sales team is composed entirely of Italians or Italophiles who have lived in Italy and who know the properties and their surrounding areas first-hand.
In an Internet-driven age, we take the best of both worlds and prefer to talk to our clients directly, discussing their specific needs and expectations by providing local knowledge, useful advice and arranging a wealth of extra services to guarantee a fantastic travel experience. We complement this personal approach with extensive, in-depth information and our very own high-resolution photographs for every single property present on our website.

Every member of the sales team has visited the majority of our villas and is happy to talk to you about any of them. Alongside those in our London office, our team also includes fundamental external team members that ensure everything runs smoothly and successfully.
