Tuscany Now's philosophy to keep the number of houses it represents to around 200 properties. We have been limiting our collection to this number for around 4 years, it enables us to be able to provide a fantastic service to both clients and our house owners.

However we shall not turn away a beautiful property as long as it does not clash with one of our properties that might be of the same size and/or quality in the same location.

However are onle accepting houses of a certain standard and size that meet our requirements; at the present time we are not taking on any small houses, only larger properties that have 4, 5, 6, plus bedrooms and only of a high standard, in Tuscany and in Umbria. Less of course the house is of an exceptional standard.

If you think that your house might fit our needs, please send an email to NV@tuscanynow.com please add a brief description of the living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, the size of the pool and where the property is located. And photographs or external links shall also be greatly appreciated. We shall tell you very quickly if we might be interested in your property.

Tuscany Now si pone come obiettivo di mantenere constante il numero di case che rappresenta, che e'di 200 circa. Siamo comunque sempre alla ricerca di nuove case di alta qualità, a condizione che non siano in conflitto per dimensioni e/o posizione con altre nostre proprietà nelle vicinanze.

Siamo in grado di accettare sola case di un certo standard e le cui dimensioni soddisfino i nostri requisiti. Al momento non siamo interessati a case di piccole dimensioni, ma solo a proprietà che abbiano almeno 4, 5 o 6 camere da letto o più grandi. Devono essere di alto livello e trovarsi in Toscana e in Umbria. Siamo disponibili a valuare altre aree e/o dimensioni solo per case di eccezionale qualità.

Se siete interessati ad affittare e pensate che la vostra casa possa soddisfare i nostri requisiti, vi preghiamo di invitare una email a NV@tuscanynow.com. Vi preghiamo di allegare una breve descrizione dell'immobile con locali di soggiorno, camere da letto, bagni, dimensioni della piscina e quant'altro e di indicare esattamente dove la casa è situata. fotografie e links esterni sono ben accetti. Sarà nostra premura informarvi al piu' presto del nostro interessamento o meno della proprietà.

Vi preghiamo di notare infine che effettuiamo le visite delle case solo tra meta' marzo e meta' novembre.
