Deep Fried Zucchini

Today was not my best of mondays, today i started a new portrait of my friend however i actually didn't get round to doing anything considering i had to change and restart not once, nor twice, but three times!! Charles was not happy with my position in the flat-flight, she wasnt comfortable with the pose but we came to an agreement and tomorrow i restart! I was quite relieved for lunch break as it was much needed, after we got to work on the figure however it was not such a good-working day considering outside it was 35 degrees and we were all melting, i did do work on the legs and upper body which i am happy with however it seems i could have done alot more in the time, but again we all have our days.....

Tomorrow will work on half tones and try and fix up the portrait, much more prepared for the heat and will have a fan at hand incase the occasional heat waves appear... now for the exciting news, for dinner i made delicious deep-friend zucchini/courgette, so easy and simple and so quick and delicious! I really have become quite obsessed with BBC food recipes, my recipe binder is starting to hit the high 100's, when i will cook these recipes; i have no idea...http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/deepfriedcourgette_80262
