A small food shop lies within walking distance (600m/yards) of the villa, with a better selection and several restaurants in the village of Camaiore, 1.2km/1 mile. It’s a 15-minute drive to the lively coastal town of Viareggio, and 30 minutes to the walled town of Lucca or the Campo dei Miracoli in Pisa. Florence and even Siena are within reach for excursions. 18-hole golf is available within 40 minutes’ drive.
