The location was wonderful--close enough to Florence and Sienna but not too close. The owners were very helpful in getting our lost luggage sent on to the Florence Airport. We loved their hospitality in providing us a cake and two bottles of wine when we arrived and a lovely aerial photo of the villa when we left.

It is an ideal property for a family with teenage children. Plenty to do and 'culture' on the doorstep. A beautiful setting with wonderful views. The property was particularly well equipped with everything one could possibly need.

It was exactly what the brochure said and exactly what we wanted. Wonderful peaceful olive groves with fruit trees. Stunning position with lovely views into the sunset. Owners were perfect and helpful.

All the communal areas were great - lots of options for places to sit and chat, play games etc. The swimming pool and tennis court were also fantastic and the pool being so deep meant hours of entertainment with diving competitions and the like. Lots of nice touches made the house very special.

Wonderful place, quiet and serene, cosy with lots of space and beautiful views especially at night. The location was perfect for day trips to Florence, Arezzo and Siena. Very convenient to shops and restaurants in nearby towns. The pool and tennis courts were well maintained and clean.
