Overview Villa Pinetta is an independent villa which is part of a stunning privately owned 13th century hamlet, set in beautiful rolling hills and surrounded by wonderfully kept vineyards and olive groves near Siena. From its hilltop position the villa commands spectacular views of the estate composed of approximately 260 acres and of the countryside dotted with farmhouses and hamlets.
The property, once owned by the Vatican, has been lovingly restored by its proud owners and it is a development of enormous peace and charm with a beautiful pool, manicured lawns with lavender, oleanders and roses.
The owners have chosen beautiful fabrics throughout that complement the stylish and elegant furnishings, even personally choosing the marble that is evident throughout the house.
In the well-kept park underneath the buildings, between olive trees and cypresses with charming views over the countryside, is situated the swimming pool furnished with umbrellas and loungers facing the valley and enjoying spectacular views of the countryside.
Next to the pool there is the comfortable guesthouse, also combined with pool house facilities, which provides a peaceful retreat for favourite guests or for (older) children and perhaps a nanny.
