There were so many things that we loved about the property. The view was beautiful. The pool was just perfect as was the outdoor dining area.

The villa was very nice, the view was spectacular, nice pool. There were many things in the villa very, very nice: the library, the dining room, the kitchen and the garden was fantastic. The ladies who took care of the house were very nice.

The pool area, complete with bar and fridge and stereo system was super, particularly because it's high up with lovely views of the fields of grape vines and olive trees below. The housekeeping was so nice! Tuscany Now would be my very first recommendation to anyone looking for a high quality experience in the Tuscany region. Great recommendation on Chef Matisse. He created a memorable dinner for us to celebrate our anniversary!!

The villa was gorgeous, both inside with wonderful details and outside wit phenomenal grounds and spectacular views. The house was very comfortable and inviting, and the pool was magnificent.

We had a large group of people and the layout was absolutely superb for us. The pool and pool area with bar was fantastic and the lawn with gazebo was large enough for us to play games and enjoy the beautiful weather. Great too for those evening drinks! We didn't spend a huge amount of time (aside from sleeping!) in the villa itself but it was a magnificent building with everything we needed. The rooms were all huge with their own character and you could feel the love and care that has gone into making the villa such a unique and beautiful property.

The villa is a beautiful very old building with lots of history, much of which Mr. Durand told us about and also showed us (an old well and staircase which are 2,700 years old). The villa provided lots of suitable accommodation for our large group of 14, as well as another branch of our family who now live in Italy. If the villa had any short comings (very small kitchen) all of that was compensated by the large breakfast room, the beautiful dining room, the fantastic swimming pool, the layout of the property and the friendliness of the daily maid (Daniela) and the owner Mr. Durand. There are lots of bedrooms and bathrooms in the villa. We were there when it was very hot but since every bedroom had either ceiling fans or standing fans, we had no trouble sleeping. The location of the property is very convenient, very near a supermarket (open every day) and the bustling town of Montaione. It was very easy to visit all the important towns and sights and all of us enjoyed our stay to the fullest, especially our grandchildren. I cannot stress enough the helpfulness and friendliness of the owner and Daniela who is also an excellent cook. We spent the second week of our stay in Italy in Umbria. It was only because Tuscany Now did not have a villa with the accommodation we needed, did I book with another Agent. I have to tell you that the booking procedure as well as the service when checking in (no deposit etc.) was much more pleasant for Villa La Noce. We have booked with TUSCANY NOW before and in future would only book with you. Thank you for your help before our trip
