Villa Chicchi is a very pretty contemporary stone house with a terraced garden overlooking the coast and the private port of Cala Galera near Porto Ercole on the Monte Argentario Peninsula. Very nicely decorated with a blend of antiques and modern pieces, the villa is cleverly configured to allow rooms on both levels to open directly into the garden or onto a terrace. Bedrooms, with the exception of the master bedroom, are on a level with the pool and lower garden, while the living room and the master bedroom have their own terraces one floor above. The swimming pool is beautifully situated on a terrace overlooking the sea, with plenty of loungers for sunbathing or idle contemplation. Both villages on the peninsula offer wonderful small shops and restaurants.
