This property was outside Cianciano Terme, and it sat on a hill with beautiful views, gardens, and felt very private. Lemons growing in pots outside, lovely driveway lined with trees, a house filled with gorgeous furnishings and a very well stocked kitchen. It was heaven.

The Villa was spacious with private bedrooms and baths. The dining room comfortably seated 16. The outdoor table was comfortable and the pool was great. The views were fantastic from every bedroom!

Villa Astori was the perfect place for our wonderful Tuscan get away. Amazingly, all 16 members of our group were able to live in peace together for the 2 weeks. Thanks for the wonderful views, the pool, table tennis, lovely rooms, and great meals cooked by Maria and Helen. Our vacation was in one word... Perfect!. Our family came from Conecticut, Delaware, Minnesota, Virginia, New york City, Los Angeles and Thailand to celebrate our parents 60th Wedding anniversary and also their 85th birthday. We couldn't have selected a more perfect place to celebrate and enjoy each other. We are sad that the week went so fast. We hope to return to Tuscany.

It was beautiful with a gorgeous view out of every window. The bedrooms were sumptuous--wish I could have carried enough clothes to fill up the wall to wall closets. All was lovely, with the entrance covered in honeysuckle and lemon trees in the courtyard.

Villa Astori was the most beautiful house and the perfect location for our extended family vacation and tour of Tuscany. Maria's fabulous arrival and departure dinners were a favorite part of our trip and not to be missed. Gorgeaus views from every direction. Relaxing by tthe pool, dinners at night outdoors, sunrises and sunsets at the terraces, we couldn't have asked for more and are truly blessed to have spent this time here together.
