A weekly change of bath towels on Saturdays. A weekly change of swimming towels on Saturdays. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.	Telephone (outgoing phone calls). Central heating and hot tub heating (**). Flights and car rental. Travel insurance. Transfers to/from airports. Extra services available on request. Use of swimming pool out of season. Local taxes.

(*) Please note that, when included in the price, maid service does not include laundry service. If you require any laundry services please advise us prior to your arrival at the villa, payable locally in Euros.
