Solenda is a charming stone house just 10 minutes from Monte Argentario’s famous stretch of beaches. Set in a completely rural setting away from the crowds, enjoying beautiful views of the lush countryside. Bright and airy with high ceilings designed for summer usewith al freco dinig area with a well kept garden with lawns that lead down to the private swimming pool. The floors are in hand made terracotta tiles, the ceilings beamed and the house has been furnished and fitted very comfortably. The location of the house, just minutes from the beach and Monte Argentario’s three beautiful towns or the many fortified villages that sit further inland offers the possibility of visiting one of the last unspoilt areas of Tuscany. There is a second independent house at the rear that is used by the caretakers to ensure that the house and the grounds are kept to a high standard.
