Overview
Roomy and bright, peaceful and very comfortable, Soleanda is a contemporary country retreat that combines the best of Tuscan traditions - high wood-beamed ceilings, hand-made terracotta floors, a shaded outdoor dining area - with today’s essentials, such as enormous windows, a private swimming pool and digital television. The house is laid out on a single level with a large sitting room, an efficient kitchen and two bedrooms one with an ensuite bathroom both having direct access to the garden. The setting is secluded although not remote, ideal for country walks and horseback riding but within a short drive of the coastal beaches and resorts, as well as several glorious medieval villages and key Etruscan sites.
