Location! The region and indeed this property are stunning! The house was architecturally stunning and very comfortable. Rosanna, the owner, was delightful and on hand if we needed anything.

The lovely acacia trees all in bloom with a lovely fragrance. The covered table and chairs overlooking
the valley with Civita and Bagnoregio in the distance. The bells from their churchs ringing every morning. I loved the inside of the house as well and the fact that the kitchen is stocked with everything a cook needs to prepare meals. Lovely dining room, dishs, glasses even compotes I used for Panna Cotta. I could go on for days.
It must be the best villa you offer!
Signora Roseanna Quinterelli is a jewel! Very helpful. She sent us to Hosteria del Ponte for dinner and even made reservations for us on the terrace. One of the best meals of my trip, including Firenze.

The attention to detail. The many outdoor rooms for sitting, watching the sunset, lounging, and swinging on the swing! We felt blessed that Rosanna was there to give advice, visit, make our stay as enjoyable as she could. Her talent and kindness made this a very special vacation. Shady garden, child-friendly pool. The landlord is a star! She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. Also.. thanks for the lovely tomatoes from the garden.
