Wineries and sightseeing possibilities abound, including Siena's spectacular Campo, 40km/25 miles, the Etruscan-built city of Volterra, 40 minutes, and, of course, Florence, reached in less than 1 hour. Bicycle rental and horseback riding are available within 10 minutes' drive.
