Overview
This delightful home set amongst olive groves within a 10 acre estate is just minutes from the beautiful village of Bolgheri, famous for its full bodied “Supertuscan” wines along the Tuscany coastline. Restored to a very high level, with an abundance of attention to detail, the owners have furnished their home in a very tasteful fashion. A large, bright and airy sitting room with French doors leads out under the large pergola wrapped with jasmine and out onto the perfect lawn that leads across to the pool. The style of the house is typical of the area, resembling a Provençal style, elegant and sophisticated but discreet and user friendly. All bedrooms on the first floor are air-conditioned. It has a well equipped kitchen and a large loggia with a dining area and an outside sitting area stylishly furnished. This is a very comfortable villa in a very interesting area of Tuscany that enjoys the fortune of not yet being brandished as a mass tourist attraction. |
