Overview
The owners of Fonte Cristiano, fell in love with Italy after getting married in one of Tuscany Now’s villas 10 years ago and they decided that they wanted their own special home to return to, year after year. It took them nearly 10 years, between finding the ideal property and restoring it to their very high standards. They describe it as a luxury home, with every amenity possible for both adults as children. This is a paradise for every one of all ages. The two stone structures sit on a soft hill side, enjoying pretty views of the surrounding rolling hills. Surrounded by 15 acres of land, privacy is a guarantee but you have many picturesque Tuscan and Umbrian towns as Montepulciano, Pienza, Citta delle Pieve to name a few within easy reach. The restoration, the furnishings and fittings are only of the highest level. Large spacious rooms full of light, beautiful beamed ceilings, in the kitchen a La Cornue grand chef cooker, a wine cellar stocked with only the best or the best Italian wines as a cinema room for everyone to enjoy. They have added a spa room, and the converted stables have been transformed into a multi purpose area, yoga, mediation or as a simple playroom. It’s hard to find a luxury villa that offers such a standard of finish that is so welcoming for children of all ages.
