This villa is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. We have all enjoyed our stay here and have had a fantastic holiday! Thank you very much for all your help in booking restaurants, museums and not to mention the great horse ridding lesson for my grand-daughter.Thanks to Dariana for the most delicious meals that she served us. We came here to celebrate two birthdays,,, memorable. We would love to come back here again some day!! Petroio is certainly a wonderful villa with amazing surronding mountains. Its been a holiday we will cherish and remember for many years to come.

I loved the fact that this villa was part of a family and part of a compound. Lots of history and memories here. Missy was a great hostess. Everything was perfectly chosen and maintained. Colors and decorating was vibrant and outside the norm.

We liked the grounds, the bathrooms and most especially the charm and graciousness of the owner,Carol Robiglio She was just amazing. I have spent eight summers in rented houses in the Italian countryside and have never had so much kind (but in no way overwhelming or unwelcomed) attention. She was simply delightful and made for a wonderful two weeks.

Fattoria di Petroio is so beautiful!The old property is so well restored and the ambiance is wonderful, with antiques and great paintings but keeping the country flavour. It has great bathrooms, bedrooms that are gorgeous and the view is beautiful, you really are in the middle of mountains with olive trees and vines and woods all around you. It is also very well kept and very well organized and well administrated; and the owners are the best! Both Missy and Edoardo helped us to feel at home and helped in every possible way to make us feel at home. We had a wonderful dinner with Tuscan dishes at the loggia and we also had a private Mass at the property's Chapel which Missy helped to make it possible, in every way . It was incredible!

Our second visit to one of the most beautiful places on earth. Three weeks have gone by so quickly ! When this trip was planned it was going to be an adventure for me, however what an experience it has turned out to be. A warm welcome from you and a home away from home, full of positive vibrations in a glorious setting. For my wife and I to be with all the family especially the grand-kids was a great joy. To see them playing in the garden and jumping in the pool will remain etched in our memories for ever.

We had a wonderful stay here at Fattoria di Petroio. Beautiful summer afternoons at the swimming pool, football with the kids and evening fishing up the hill. The children loved their time here and I am sure will remain in their memories for the rest of their lives.The villa is lovley, the feeling of home seeping through it's walls, and the sensation of love oozing through the furniture.Again thank you for a wonderful stay - we enjoyed the holiday immensely.

This was our first trip to Tuscany and it has been a truly fantastic experience. The countryside, the weather and most importantly, the house has been absolutlely superb.. We have all felt very much at home in the villa, such that some of party did'nt feel they wanted to step over the door for the duration of our stay. The rest of us managed to get to Siena, Florence and enjoyed the history and atmosphere of these ancient cities. We very much enjoyed the olive oil and wine from the local vineyard.
