A pretty stone cottage that once served as the gatehouse for Torre di Paciano, La Giara enjoys tremendous views over the gently rolling hills south of Lake Trasimeno. Simply but tastefully furnished with antiques and comfortable modern furniture, the house is full of nice touches such as wood oven in the kitchen and a hairdryer in each bathroom. A swimming pool is set just below the house in the lawned garden.
