Overview
L’ Orto di Alice is perched on the edge of the small and unspoilt medieval village of Civitella D’ Agliano overlooking the warm Umbrian countryside.
The beautiful stone house has been recently restored by its owners over a period of four years to become their luxury holiday home.
Traditional materials and local artisanal skills have produced a remarkable charming and comfortable house with a number of original features, ranging from Etruscan caves to a secluded outdoor hot tub on one of the two terraces each of which enjoys a different yet spectacular view over the mountains, villages and farmhouses of Umbria.
On another terrace there are pretty tables and chairs for outdoor eating, or loungers to lie in the sun. There is even a pergola.
Both inside and out the house is furnished with great taste and attention to detail. It is truly unique.
The property is not recommended for children or mobility restricted persons. |
