Overview
Charming and very private, L'Olmo is a completely renovated farmhouse that nestles against the hillside below San Gemini, a lively and beautifully preserved medieval hill town. The house gazes through a deep valley towards an open countryside of fields and forests, with no neighbours in sight save Il Cerro. Traditional elements such as terracotta floors and beamed ceilings create a warm and comfortable interior, while large windows flood the spacious rooms with light. On the ground floor an airy living/dining room features a sunken area with a fireplace and a comfortable couch, and the fully fitted open kitchen is equipped with every convenience. A pretty garden with three furnished loggias is planted with jasmine, rosemary, wisteria and climbing roses, and leads down to a swimming pool positioned at the edge of the lawn. |
