Il Sareceno is a delightful stone farmhouse that’s set at the end of private drive in the pretty hills of Sabina, in northern Lazio. It is only 3 Km from Tarano village that can be reached only by a white road and there is no view of other houses, but only woods and country fields. Walking or biking starts directly from the house without crossing asphalt road, is possible to ride or walk several kilometers reaching unspoiled surrounding village ( Fianello, Cicignano ) through the old abandoned walking road.
It is located in a valley that is Regional Park, with lot of wild birds and animals living there. The house has been lovingly restored by its owners who transformed it into a home full of light, furnished in keep with its ancient history, but with all modern needs in a very tasteful fashion.
The swimming pool and pool loggia with garden furniture are set on a terrace, overlooking the house enjoying unspoilt views of the surrounding countryside. The interior, has the house’s original beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, a well fitted kitchen, and modern bathrooms.
