Florence and Siena are both reached within an hour, and in between the two, directly to the east of Il Renaccio, lie the villages and vineyards of the Chianti Classico wine-producing region.

A pretty lawned garden with extensive lawns within 2.5ha/6 acres of olives groves and Chianti-producing vineyards. The swimming pool, 7 x 14m/23 x 46 feet is set about 20m/yards from the house below a large paved terrace with a huge pergola for dining and lounging. The tennis court is set at the edge of the garden, below the pool.

Wheelchair access: The double bedroom and its ensuite bathroom on the ground floor of the guest house are both suitable for wheelchair access. There are no steps to enter the guest house from the garden; there are, however, steps up to the main entrance.
