The setting was equisite. It was everything that had been promised. The villa and guest house were in perfect condition, everything spotless and in good working order.

What a fabulous place it was. It exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect! Roberto and Luciano were so helpfull and this was their busy time of year-harvesting the grapes- but they were so gracious. What a perfect spot. The train station only 2.5 miles away, we were able to take day trips to Florence and Sienna via the train. We also drove around the country side, as well as ran and biked. I could go on and on-everyone was so happy. We cooked in the beautiful kitchen and Bar-B-Q'd outside, enjoyed the pool and our wonderful dinners with friends. I also wrote to Luciano and his family and thanked them again for their beautiful villa. Thank you again for your assistance with our wonderful holiday

Il Renaccio was absolutely beautiful in every way. In particular, it was excellent for couples... but anyone would be happy to be there. All staff was wonderful, despite the language differences.

Each bedroom was huge and featured its own lovely bathroom. The views all around were stunning! The kitchen/living area was big enough for the whole group to spend evenings dining and drinking together (especially important when too cold to sit outside.)

The villa was on a beautiful piece of land. All bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were well appointed and clean. The kitchen was large and had all the equipment, dishes, glasses and pots one would need to cook for a large family. The outdoor eating area was terrific too. It was also a nice added touch that they kept a small "library" of travel books that perhaps other guests left behind.

It had 10 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Loved the individual towelling robes. Beautiful picturebook setting. Big pool very clean. Tennis court. Lots of garden to sit in. You didn't feel on top of each other

Il Renaccio was beyond our expectations. The houses, grounds, pool, tennis court and views were spectacular. The property is totally child friendly and everything has been planned and thought through perfectly. The setting near Certaldo was the perfect location as a base for trips to Florence, Siena, Luca and Pisa. Above all the hospitality and kindness of Roberto (the owner) and his family made our trip memorable. He was welcoming, friendly and unbelievably helpful. His generosity was incredible. We consider him a new friend. I strongly recommend this property to anyone visiting Tuscany.

Beautifully and newly restored villa, high end applicances. We loved everything---the outdoor cooking area, the loggia, the dining table to seat 20! All the Nicollinis (Roberto, Luciana, Luciano) were wonderful. This property was even more beautiful than the photos showed.

A place where you can enjoy just spending time--beautiful pool, gorgeous views, tennis court, lovely home, attentive hosts. And it was easy to access many nearby cities. The house was equipped with many things that we were not expecting. We loved it.

It is perfect, quite the best we have rented for a family holiday from Tuscany Now. The setting is beautiful, the grounds extensive and the views stunning. It is a peaceful and relaxing location, with the veranda a great place to while away the evenings. We very much enjoyed that the grounds of the vineyard were open to extensive walks. Of benefit is the proximity of Certaldo and it's extensively stocked Co-op!
