We enjoyed the location, the design and quality - pretty much everything. Everyone we met were very helpful indeed, the immediate area is awash with superb eating venues run by genuine people who care about what they serve and where they serve it.

Rooms and bathrooms were exquisite, but the outdoor dining area was the gem of the experience. So much more lush and landscape than the pictures---but Monika the caretaker was a goddess. Waking up to falcons, pheasants, frogs and that glorious Tuscan light every morning? Divine. Don't even get me started on the local farmer's wine. Perfection....

The decor was wonderful, the rooms were all lovely and generously proportioned, the panoramic views were stunning and Monica the housekeeper was extremely helpful above and beyond.

We were all very impressed how the architecture was maintained but the interior fixtures and fitting brought up to a luxurious standard. It was also very well appointed with all the conveniences we could ask for. The surrounding area was also very picturesque and relaxing. I should also mention that Monika the caretaker was first rate -can't say enough good things about her!

Clean, warm and inviting. The place was very nice. Bathrooms, pool table, grill out side, beautiful setting, was all great.

Il Granaio was sensational; superlative; incredible. Hard to believe that there could be a better villa in all of Italy.The women were spectacular in their meal services and everything else. The weather cooperated in Tuscany and for our four days in Rome, Can't imagine a better trip All the kids and grand kids were wild about the accomodations

Secluded, picturesque scenery, beautifully renovated house, superior fixtures and fittings, ideal accommodation for our group, large swimming pool, and reasonable near all the sights we wished to see. Paulo was polite, very friendly extremely helpful and informative but not intrusive, a difficult balance to achieve. The housekeeping staff were cheerful, diligent, and provided a delicious welcome dinner. Thank you all.
