Gorgeous plantings and layout. Fantastic pool. Great food. Good location for the eastern part of Sicily. Couldn't get enough ot the oranges and lemons...still going through withdrawal now. Nice walking through the hills and orange groves.

The appartments were decorated beautifully, the gardens were amazing, the pool and the pool-side sofas were luxurious.

We had a fantastic time. The owner and his wife were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were settled in. The villa itself is very comfortable and set in beautiful surroundings. If you want a quiet week away from it all we would suggest this villa is the perfect location. We cannot recommend it highly enough and every member of our party will be looking to return next year.

It was indeed an oasis, very peaceful, plenty of space for the children to run round and wonderful staff. Salvatore and Guiseppina are a great asset!

Everything good - food fab - pool awesome - great for a few families as there were actually separate apartments. Fab service - we even forgot a bag and they drove it to the airport and found us!

The energy and ambiance of Il Cucco was wonderful. Little of its beauty is captured in the photographs. It is super charming. The best part of all is the heart of the house: The kitchen and everything that comes out of it. Sergio and Josephina prepared us magical food that better than any restaurant we tried on the island. Absolutely divine! The pool is glorious and we enjoyed it day and night!
