The private setting, beautiful scenery, tasteful and comfortable interior, fabulous loggia ( a favourite spot in the evenings) and an entertaining DVD collection! Rosa and her son were lovely, we had Rosa cook for us on our first Friday and it was beautiful, they were very warm and friendly.

We like the location. We like the basic condition of the building. We like the swimming pool. We loved the gorgeous views.. Rosa the cook was fantastic.I will use again. You handle things efficiently and, based on one time usage, represent the property fairly.

It was rustic, but had the necessary updated baths, appliances, etc. The view was positively spectacular!! All of my requests were reponded to very quickly and I felt I had all the information I needed before the trip. Everything! The view, the loggia, the hot tub, the view (I have to say it again). The interior was very well appointed.... the bedrooms were very spacious, the kitchen well stocked with utensils, the indoor fireplace and outdoor fireplace....It was perfect. I have been very inpressed by your service from beginning to end. I have, and will continue to reccommend your company to anyone looking to rent a home abroad. Already have!!......Loris was very helpful in helping me decide to rent this home. I had several homes I was considering from different agencies, but on his reccomendation I decided on this property. The location, ie, the quiet, the spectacular view, the accommodations, the neighbors, and the good sound CD player and the collection of CDs - a nice touch. Simon was very helpful on the phone when the electricity went out at 4AM and my husband's breathing apparatus stopped working. & Marko always responded to e-mail inquiries.

Rosa the housekeeper made us very welcome on the day of arrival even though we arrived slighly earlier than scheduled.
