A shady gazebo for lounging and dining stands nearby, with a water cooler. Lovely opportunities for walking and for observing the deer that live in the estate's woodlands. The more active will enjoy the property’s private football/soccer pitch.

Assistance is provided locally by the property's caretaker and his wife, who live in a separate house about 900m/850 yards up the hill. The owner lives in Florence and speaks English fluently.
