I loved the property!!! it was exactly what the pictures portrayed and then some. It was so beautiful and peaceful.

Thank you for a wonderful week at Colli Fiorentini. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, perfect base from which to explore the delights of Tuscany. We also enjoyed spending time at the villa and eventually managed to cook delicious Pizzas in the Pizza oven. We hope to return.

It was something else when we first arrived - couldn't quite believe the setting of the villa. The outdoor areas were brilliant, especially the views of the sun setting and table tennis!

It had big villa extras like a pool, laundry, hot tub, private gardens, wood fired pizza oven and BBQ and two very large living areas but only slept 4 max - this is very rare and therefore a gem of a find for couples.

The location was perfect (so easy to get into the city). The grounds were gorgeous and very well maintained. The house was so pretty and exactly as it was described and everything in the house was in excellent working order.

This villa was perfect a real home from home. Secluded, clean, very well equipped, beautiful pool and gardens. The hot-tub was a real treat.

We really liked the location. The terrace with outdoor dining and couches was wonderful. We spent most of our time outside on the terrace. The security system was great - was good that we could park our cars inside the property and lock the gate behind. The airconditioning was a godsend in the heat. The owner was very friendly and lovely to talk with.

The location was amazing, the view was spectacular, the owner was very nice and helpful. The grounds were beautiful, the house itself was wonderful, very nice amenities. We felt extremely comfortable there and didn't want to leave

Driving in on our 1st night to see the lit swimming pool, the crunch of the gravel underfoot as we made our way along the lavender-lined path to the candlelit table in the loggia where a 4 course feast awaited us - it was magic most pure! Nothing will ever come close to out 1st taste of Tuscany Heaven

Very well equipped, the pool was lovely, as was the hot tub, and the pizza oven and table tennis table made for entertaining evenings in the villa. Very conveniently located for Florence, Sienna, San Gimignano and other beautiful places. Very private.

The Owner, Francessco was delightful, the property was very well maintained with breathtaking views. It was well positioned in Tuscany to access easily Florence, Sienna, Piza etc. And most importantly was VERY relaxing.
