Overview
Originally constructed as the stables for the Palazzo Santi Terzi, Casa del Poggio was converted into a private residence a century ago and renovated from top to bottom this past year. The house's location at the edge of San Gemini, a lively hilltop village steeped in history, provides direct access to shops and restaurants through the front garden. The bedrooms, living areas and larger rear garden with its swimming pool and outdoor dining area face outwards and to the west, with spectacular views of the Umbrian sunsets and the Abbey of San Niccolo. Inside, beamed ceilings and terracotta floors are complemented by comfortable, classic furnishings and the full complement of modern amenities, including a kitchen packed with appliances, high speed internet and satellite television.
