Overview
This delightful old farmhouse has been lovingly restored by its present owners who took great care in preserving all the original beamed ceilings and shiny floors. Set within walking distance of the small village Colle di Compito with a selection of small shops and your nearest food shop. The house has been furnished in a comfortable style in keep with its character. The furnishings are of the highest standard from antiques to hand made modern comforts including a very well equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms.
A very pretty garden with a well kept lawn encircles the villa that leads down to the beautiful swimming pool which set on a paved terrace furnished with sun loungers and a small summer kitchen, bathroom with shower and two more external showers with hot water. |
