Location; comfort; size; feeling of age and of being part of Tuscany;ppol and garden; AND the views! It was excellent and most attentive. The owners were accessible and very responsive.

We liked the character , the size of the rooms, the beautiful garden and fantastic pool and the atmosphere of the place was just so relaxingt . The web page did not do the property justice particularly the photos ;the villa was far better than the description
