Very relaxed atmosphere. Lovely owner. Ability to help ourselves to herbs and fruit from the garden. Lovely views. Not so pristine that the kids couldn't make a mess from time to time.Everything was great - I would and have recommended you to others and we are looking to book again next year.

Location, good facilities, comfortable and nice touches with the welcome basket of food, booze and goodies. Lots of linen, towels and well equiped kitchen. In fact it was better than we expected.

we liked the size and layout of the property. With separate living and kitchen areas there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Having a welcome basket was lovely too.

We really enjoyed ourselves. It fit the area of Tuscany very well. House has a lot of history and you should add some background to description. Pool was refreshing and great for the children. The caretaker (and owner - Stewart) He was there when we arrived, very helpful with directions and some suggestions of places to visit, resturants and groceries for shopping. He had fresh flowers each week and a welcome basket when we arrived.

Space! This villa has got loads of space inside and out. The pool is fantastic - very big, deep and with the diving board. Lots of towels provided, the house was very clean and had everything in it. The most amazing views surround it and the garden, though described as small, was huge, with olive and fruit trees, lots of different seating areas. And Stuart, the owner/caretaker, was very helpful and friendly.
