1. Imagine yourself already in Italy and in your ideal setting. Then try to pinpoint the details that are most important to you. Our Tailored Choices section presents our selections for each of the requests we receive most frequently.
2. Use our search engines to build a short-list, or browse by location. Log in to check prices and real-time availability of the properties that interest you, to bookmark your favourites by building a Wish List, or to send our property descriptions to other members of your party.
3. Call us. We know each property well and can help you choose the one that best matches your needs and priorities, or fill in the gaps where our descriptions and photos fall short.
4. When you've made your final selection, complete a Booking Request form with the details. We accept booking requests by email, fax or telephone and, in the UK only, by post.
5. Within 24 hours of receiving your request, we’ll send you our Booking Form. Your reservation will be confirmed when we receive the completed form, together with a 30% deposit, within five days (depending how far in advance you are booking). It is very important that you read our Booking Conditions before finalizing your rental.
6. We accept payment by credit or debit card, bank transfer or wire at any time; or, if you are booking more than nine weeks before the beginning of your rental, by cheque or Switch (UK only). A credit card is required as security for all bookings. Charges incurred in Italy - for Extra Services, telephone, etc. - are to be paid in local currency at the end of your stay.
7. Let us know if you wish to be contacted by our affiliate companies for your travel arrangements, or to book private tours in Tuscany and Umbria or extension packages in Italy. Drivers for airport transfers and excursions are also available.
8. he balance of the rental fee is due nine weeks before the first day of your rental, but you can book any of our Extra Services up to 15 days before you leave.
9. An Accommodation Voucher package will be sent to you three weeks before your rental begins. It contains detailed directions to the property, its address and telephone number, and the name and telephone number of the property owner or caretaker who will be greeting you upon arrival.
