| Tuscany Now was founded in 1990 by Simon and Barbara Ball with a portfolio that included a single house, their family home just outside Florence. Our 'family' has grown to include a staff of 11 based in London and the owners of the 200 properties presented on this website who entrust us with their valuable homes. All of us are devoted to providing you with the ideal setting for your stay in the most beautiful country in the world - Italy. |

We only do Italy – and we do it very, very well |
| We take a very focused approach to our business. Our portfolio is restricted to properties that are made available to us on an exclusive basis, that meet our standards of quality and offer the features we consider essential - including competent and friendly caretakers and staff. We inspect each property regularly to ensure proper maintenance and make note of any changes. Our policy of working directly with the property owners, and never through agencies, ensures seamless logistics and shared standards of service and hospitality. Our sales staff is composed entirely of Italians or Italophiles who have lived in Italy, and who know the properties and their surrounding areas first-hand. |

Our London Office |
| We are based in the centre of London open to the public near to the city, off city road in Vestry Street. You are welcome to come and visit us by appointment and talk to one of the sales team in normal office hours which are between 0900 and 1800. Please note that we are on the top floor so, it's a long walk to the top! |
